It was clean enough. The front desk staff and maintenance were pleasant and attentive. The AC worked well. However the beds were not really comfortable. Breakfast was only okay. The microwave didn't work. The refrigerator didn't have a temperature control and froze out food/drinks (one actually burst). The Housekeeping signs said the room would be cleaned every 3 days, however in the 7 nights we stayed, it was cleaned once. We asked and confirmed we would receive a second cleaning, but this did not occur.

In town for a funeral. Upon our check in we entered our room and the room had not been cleaned. We were moved to another room. The carpet in the elevator was extremely dirty. Our new room had paint chipping off the wall around the ac unit and mold growing in the bathroom. The room smelled funny when we entered. The staff was fantastic.

Bed is too hard...do not like down pillows....toilets too low to ground for tall people....need brighter light in bathroom...A/C wouldn't stay on....

Super clean and well kept. Next to a great restaurant.

The hotel was disappointing based on previous stays at Home2Suites in other cities. All staff was very friendly though
